National Equity Fund understands that our developer partners enter into our tax credit collaborations with a long-term view of the housing industry. Year 15 may mark the end of the limited partner’s involvement in the project, but NEF recognizes the importance of preserving these affordable developments for the benefit of the residents and the LIHTC industry as a whole.
