The Corporate Accounting Manager (CAM) is responsible for the oversight of certain functions within corporate accounting involving the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, expense reports, financial reporting, and overall year-end audit functions. The CAM will supervise the accounts payable/payroll administrator and will research and analyze accounting guidance for significant/unusual transactions, including documentation and implementation of new accounting standards.

The Senior Construction Risk Manager (SCRM), under the direction of the Managing Director of Construction Risk Management, works within the Asset Management department of NEF. As part of a professional team, they provide expertise and analysis for Real Estate Investment activities in affordable housing developments. For investments of moderate risk and complexity, the SCRM performs underwriting functions for both new construction and existing developments, managing risk from construction through lease-up. Additionally, the SCRM handles the administration of documentation and funding requirements, offering consulting support with a high level of professional service and conduct to both existing and potential customers.

The Asset Resolution Manager will be a member of the Asset Resolution Team and will be a high-caliber relationship manager and problem solver. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of loss mitigation/stabilization strategies for assigned assets.

The Attorney will, at the primary direction of the Managing Director-Deputy General Counsel, be responsible for upper tier investor issues (“DGC - Funds”) and handle the legal aspects of a wide range of transactional and compliance matters related to the NEF’s business, with a focus on matters related to the closing and management of NEF’s multi-investor and proprietary investment funds (“Funds”).

The Operations Manager will provide leadership through collaboration with multiple departments to identify developers & projects for participation in funds (EMDF / AHEAD / PIF), identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and implement solutions (including technology).

The Project Manager will manage and coordinate due diligence and underwriting process for lower tier Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project investments as assigned by the SVP Project Management. The role will be responsible for ongoing communication with the designated VP Project Management, SVP Project Management, originators, and investor relations staff as issues emerge.

The Asset Analyst, West Region will be a member of a Transaction and Asset Operations Team providing analytical and technical support to the Regional Managing Director and Asset Managers. This individual will collect, input, track, and review documents, establish and maintain project files and databases, complete LIHI compliance reviews and undertake research projects as assigned.
