Originations Analyst

The Originations Analyst will provide analytical support to the Originators on 
Regional Teams.  The Analyst will assist in evaluating the feasibility of investment 
including preparing initial financial projections. The Analyst will also assist in 
preparing engagement or commitment letters, assisting with underwriting and 
other analysis and research as required. Seeking candidates to work a hybrid work 
schedule in the New York Metropolitan area and Chicago, Illinois.

Director of Dispositions

The Director of Dispositions will be a team member of Asset Resolution, collaborating with the Vice President, Dispositions in executing successful year 15 disposition strategies by planning, marketing, and negotiating with developers and other interested parties. All strategies must meet compliance standards of NEF’s policies and those provided in various fund offerings. This position may be located in any NEF office but is open to a home office for the right candidate.

This individual will collect, input, track, and review documents, establish and maintain project files and databases, complete LIHI compliance reviews; and undertake research projects as assigned. The Director, Project Management is primarily responsible for managing the due diligence, underwriting, investment recommendation, and lower tier closing process on proposed Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project investments. The position also posts lower tier investment closing, supports and facilitates the upper tier investment closing and project handoff to asset management.
