22 Years in the Making, Legacy Court Opens 43 Affordable Homes in North Richmond, CA

Now officially open, Legacy Court is a 22-year-old testament to mission-driven partnerships, perseverance and patience. Developed by Eden Housing, Inc. and partner Community Housing Development Corporation, this 43-unit affordable housing community will serve low-income households earning 30-60% of the area median income in North Richmond, CA. Thirteen of the units will offer supportive services for residents at risk of homelessness and needing mental health support.
