The 2023 LEED Homes Awards winners in the multifamily space represent green, LEED-certified buildings designed to provide clean indoor air and reduced energy consumption. Located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago, 5150 Northwest Highway is an LEED Gold certified building that provides access to transit-oriented affordable housing that focuses on a mixed-income resident pool and accessible for people with disabilities, veterans, seniors and low-income families.
