Last month, our partners at Pressly Residential Group celebrated the dedication of the Residence at Northgate apartments.
Located in Statesville, North Carolina, this 80-unit affordable housing apartment was created to provide senior housing to those aged 55 and above. Amenities include community spaces, gathering areas, exercise/fitness room, indoor and outdoor seating areas, and many walking trails, as well as being located near and having easy access to many local shops and services. Congratulations to all those who worked together to make this development happen with the goal of empowering the community to help them reach their full potential!
