Congratulations to our partners at Jewish Family Services (JFS) on breaking ground at Woodale Crossing, which will be add 56 new affordable housing units for seniors in Brown Deer, WI! NEF's own Danny Gutman attended the event.
Fourteen units at the 55+ development will be reserved for residents with disabilities or at risk of homelessness. Of the 56 total apartments, 19 will be for households earning 30% of the area median income (AMI), 18 units at 50% AMI and 19 at 60% AMI. Supportive services will be accessible on-site for residents in need by JFS.
