NEF is proud to have been part of extending the impactful legacy of Project Freedom, Inc.'s The Legacy in Robbinsville, New Jersey! Our very own Emily Chen and David Rozan attended the ribbon cutting ceremony, pictured along with the other financing partners involved in the resyndication and rehabilitation of this affordable housing development.
Originally constructed in 1991, The Legacy was Project Freedom's first LIHTC project with 30 units at 100% affordability. There are 26 2-bedroom units and four efficiencies, all designed for people with disabilities with mobility impairments. With the renovations completed, the residents can enjoy an improved, safe, stable, and affordable place to live and continue building their community!
