Congratulations to our partners at Excelerate Housing Group and HopeCooperative on breaking ground at Northview Pointe in Sacramento!
The organizations are working together to develop this two-story building with 66 units of affordable and supportive housing for people experiencing chronic homelessness. Of the affordable housing units, four are reserved for households earning at or below 25% of the Area Median Income (AMI), 30 units at 30% AMI, 23 units at 40% AMI and nine at 50% AMI.
A special shout out goes to Dana Trujillo, President and CEO of Excelerate Housing Group and a great friend of NEF! Dana also spoke and the event.
