Last month, we joined Holladay Ventures as well as our investors, community members and state and local officials to celebrate the opening of Stone Bridge Lofts in Goodlettsville, TN.
This is NEF's first investment in Tennessee in a long time and this development has been a catalyst for NEF's strategic investment growth in the state.
