Last month, our partners at Venice Community Housing Corporation and Community Corporation of Santa Monica broke ground on 20th Street Apartments in Santa Monica, CA. The development will offer 78 affordable homes to people who have experienced homelessness.
20th Street Apartments will offer supportive services in addition to 100% affordable housing. Half of the units are affordable to households earning 30-60% of the area median income and half are reserved for unhoused people. The building amenities complement its Metro- and bike path-adjacent location with bike storage/parking spaces, rooftop garden, community rooms, and more green spaces.
