To address the growing aging population in northwest Ohio, state and local leaders have prioritized the need for more senior housing in Toledo, Ohio. Collingwood Green Living is a testament to how the power of partnerships can strengthen communities by bringing 75 affordable apartments for residents age 62+.
Our long-time partner National Church Residences and Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) collaborated with the City and Lucas County to increase access to affordable, quality homes and empower every individual and family to reach their full potential. This sentiment perfectly aligns with our vision statement at NEF and supports our mission to deliver innovative, collaborative financial solutions to expand the creation and preservation of affordable housing. Thanks to our partners' efforts, Collingwood Green Living will prevent displacement of long-time residents and allow them to age in place and with dignity.
