The newly opened Copley Chambers II & III were designed to meet the current needs of Providence, Rhode Island through high-quality, permanently subsidized affordable housing units. These mixed-use buildings stand in place of a vacant lot and rundown retail space and will offer supportive housing for low-income residents, a neighborhood health center, and services for emerging youth aging out of foster care.
With 124 homes for families and individuals earning between 30% to 80% of the area median income (AMI), Copley Chambers II & III were created by Marathon Development LLC with construction financing provided by Citizens.
NEF's own Liz Hibbard and Tony Lyons were there to celebrate the opening of this exciting new community development!
