EMDF Closes on Eighth Deal: Valhalla Townhomes

EMDF Closing Alert Valhalla Townhomes

In partnership with our Emerging Minority Developer Fund (EMDF) investors, NEF is pleased to announce the closing of Valhalla Townhomes, the rehabilitation of 45 units of affordable housing in the Crescent City, California with co-sponsors GreenShoots Communities LLC and Bold Communities.

NEF established the EMDF to build the financial capacity and experience of developers of color to help them overcome today’s high barriers of entry in accessing LIHTC to create new affordable housing.
