NEF was proud to sponsor the groundbreaking celebration for Serra Mesa Apartments in San Diego last week with David Musial speaking on our behalf. This development will transform a long-vacant former library site into 60 units of high-quality, stable, affordable housing for formerly homeless Veterans and low-income households earning 30-60% of the area median income (AMI).
NEF's strong partnership with the developer Community HousingWorks spans more than 30 years and we look forward to continuing our long-term relationship by creating and preserving more affordable homes over the decades to come!
