Last month, our partners at People's Self-Help Housing in collaboration with 5 Cities Homeless Coalition celebrated the grand opening of Pismo Terrace! This affordable housing apartment building in Pismo Beach, CA serves not only low-income and formerly homeless people, but also transitional-age youth (TAY). With help from the city, Pismo Terrace is now a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home for 50 households earning between 30-60% of the area median income (AMI). Twenty-five units target special needs households (homeless/formerly homeless and people with disabilities) and five are set aside for TAY.
